Customer Reviews
Decent bike, some minor issues
I bought an AGO X and generally, I'm pleased. The bike itself is solid and the motor assistance is really helpful for hills. Assembly was mostly easy, but one of the mudguards was a little tricky to align perfectly, which was a bit annoying. Delivery was on time, and the packaging protected everything well. The price was good for the features, though I wish they included a front basket option with the purchase rather than as an add-on. Still, it's a good commuter bike.
Consistent quality, reliable ride
This was my third purchase from tenways, this time an AGO T for my partner. My CGO600 from last year is still going strong, and the experience with the AGO T was just as smooth. They've been very consistent with their shipping times and the quality of their packaging. The bike arrived without any damage, and the assembly was straightforward, just like my previous orders. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect, and they deliver. The trekking features on the AGO T are a nice upgrade from the urban models for longer rides.
Good bike, tricky assembly
I ordered the CGO600 Pro a few weeks ago. The delivery was quicker than expected, arriving in about five days, which was nice. The bike itself rides very smoothly, and the carbon belt drive is practically silent. It's truly lightweight for an e-bike, making it easy to maneuver in the city. My main critique is that while it came mostly assembled, the final steps for attaching the front wheel and handlebars were a bit more involved than I anticipated. The instructions could have been clearer, and I ended up watching a YouTube video to make sure I got it right. For the price, it feels like a solid value, though a more straightforward assembly would make the initial experience perfect.
Great value on first e-bike
I bought the CGO800S as my first e-bike, and I was looking for the best deal. I signed up for the newsletter and got a discount, which made the purchase even more appealing. The Klarna financing option was also super helpful, spreading out the cost. The bike came well-packaged, and I appreciated the step-through frame for easy mounting. It felt like I got a really good quality bike without breaking the bank. Definitely worth it for anyone on a budget looking for a reliable commuter.
Good for daily rides
I ordered a CGO600 a few weeks ago and it's been great. Shipping took about a week, which was fine. Putting it together was pretty straightforward, even for me. The battery life is decent for my daily trips to work. It's a nice bike for getting around town without too much fuss. Happy with it overall.
CGO600 Pro and accessories
I purchased the CGO600 Pro along with a set of pannier bags and a kickstand. The ordering process online was very smooth, and I received order confirmation right away. The bike and accessories arrived about five business days later, which was faster than I expected. Unboxing and assembling the bike took me about an hour, and the instructions were clear enough. The CGO600 Pro itself is a dream to ride – the carbon belt drive is super quiet and low maintenance. The pannier bags are sturdy and hold a lot for my grocery runs. I did have a small question about connecting the TENWAYS app, so I contacted customer service via email. They got back to me within a day with helpful steps. Overall, I'm really impressed with the quality of the bike and the support I received. It's made my daily commute so much more enjoyable.
CGO800S works well

AGO T is amazing!
I just got my AGO T and it's incredible! The ride is so smooth, and it handles my commute perfectly. I can't believe how lightweight it is for an e-bike. Definitely shopping here again for accessories, and telling all my friends about it!
